A small business tax return is needed for any business that is considered a separate entity (such as a Partnership, Corporation, S Corporation or Limited Liability Company (LLC).


Our Small Business Tax Return Package offers all relevant forms, including:

 

  • Forms 1065 (this is used to declare partnership income)
  • Form 1120 (this is the form that C Corporations and LLCs filing as C-Corps need to use to file their tax return)
  • Form 1120-S (this is the form that S Corporations need to use to file their tax return)


This package is offered for up to two partners. Each additional partner is $100.00.

Portal Sign Up Instructions:


  • Click on client portal link provided below
  • Click on Start Now at the bottom of the page to register
  • Enter email address, First Name and Last Name
  • Sign in your email account, and open Welcome email just received and click on Activate Account
  • Create Password, click Save Password & Login.
  • When login, click on Fill Out Questionnaire and complete the form


*Please attached required tax documents to the form. If for some reason you don’t have all tax documents available as you complete the form, please sign in the portal when you have documents available and upload them in the portal.
